Booths are very cost-effective. We have covered commercial business booth spaces available, as well as uncovered booth spaces for arts/crafts/jewelry/clothing/kids items/gifts. Reserve your space today!

BOOTH SPACE
Covered Display Space (Inside Park - Covered Concourese): $275.00 (Chamber Member) - $325.00 (Non-Chamber Member) 8ft. (deep) x10ft. (wide) booth includes 6ft. skirted table, two folding chairs, and a vendor sign.

Arts/Crafts/Jewelry/Clothing/Kids Items/Gifts (Inside Park - Uncovered Area): $100.00 10ft. x 10ft. space includes 6ft. table, two folding chairs, and a vendor sign. Vendors will be responsible for providing own tent or canopy.

Vehicle Space (Outside Park - Main Gate Entrance): $275.00 Space includes 6ft. table, two folding chairs, and a vendor sign. Tent optional.

ELECTRICITY
Electrical service is available for $70.00. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE VENDOR TO PROVIDE A HEAVY DUTY ELECTRICAL EXTENSION CORD. CORDS MUST BE TAPED DOWN COMPLETELY TO PREVENT ACCIDENTS.

INTERNET
There is free Wi-Fi at Dickey-Stephens Park.

VENDOR PARKING
Dickey-Stephens Park Main Parking Lot
The lot on the west side of the Broadway Bridge is maintained by the Travelers. Entrances to this lot are from Broadway Avenue and Riverfront Drive. Please be conscious that parking in the closest spaces to the park will only hurt the festival. Every person operating a vehicle shall drive in a careful and prudent manner and at a rate of speed so as to not endanger the property, property of another, or cause physical harm. To accommodate guests coming to the festival, we ask that vendors leave parking spaces closest to the park for attendees. Please notify everyone working in your booth about vendor parking.

Other Parking
There are many lots available for parking in downtown North Little Rock. There is street parking plus some free parking and paid parking, but the Travelers are not responsible for any lots other than the main Dickey-Stephens Park lot west of the bridge.

CHECK-IN
Check-in will be at the Main Entrance gate from 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 1nd. Vendors will be given their booth location at check-in.

SET UP
Set up is from 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 1st. Vendors must have their booths fully set up from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. on the day of the event.

Vendors may pull up to the Dickey-Stephens Park Employee Parking Lot off of Riverfront Drive to unload and then must remove their vehicle immediately, prior to setting up their booth. A move-in crew will be there to assist you from 7:00 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. Vehicles are not allowed inside the concourse area of Dickey-Stephens Park. Vehicles may not be left unattended in the parking lot for any length of time. Please unload quickly and remove the vehicle from the area. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE PARKED IN THIS LOT. THIS LOT IS FOR UNLOADING ONLY.

If you need to deliver large items or would like to set up early on Friday, September 30th, please contact Ashley Hight with the Chamber office at 501-372-5959 to make arrangements. Sunbelt Convention Services and Bylites will begin setting up vendor booths on Friday morning.

VEHICLE ACCESS
We will allow vehicles on-site Friday, October 1st to set up. The Chamber nor Dickey-Stephens Park will be held responsible for any damage or theft to your property. If you choose not to leave your vehicle overnight, you may set up from 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 1st. Please contact the Chamber office if you plan on setting up on Friday, September 30th.

BREAKDOWN
All participating vendors are REQUESTED to stay the entire length of the festival from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. No vehicles may enter or leave the festival area during festival hours. No vendor shall begin breakdown of booth or removal of material until the festival is officially closed on Saturday, October 2nd at 4:00 p.m. The Chamber and Dickey-Stephens Park will not be held responsible for any items left on-site. Please leave your space as you found it.

PERSONAL PROPERTY
Incidents (damage, theft, or injury) involving vendors or customers must be reported immediately to management on-site. Damage caused by a vendor or their staff to the property will be the responsibility of the vendor. The Chamber assumes no liability for any personal property belonging to the vendor or any of its employees. Please do not leave any valuable personal property unattended.

VENDOR BADGES
Up to five vendor badges will be provided per booth.

PRIZES & GIVEAWAYS
If you plan to have a drawing for prizes and giveaways, please provide a box, pens and forms in your booth for attendees. There will be no door prize announcements on the stage.

VENDOR HOSPITALITY ROOM
The Vendor Hospitality Room opens at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 1st. The Hospitality Room is in The Dickey Room, located behind the beer garden. Please help yourself to coffee, sodas, water, and snacks. The Hospitality Room is only for vendors and volunteers.

TICKETS
Each vendor will be provided with (2) complimentary tickets to distribute to guests/customers. Employees working in your booth will not be charged admission. Admission is $5 at the gate. Children 12 and under get in free. A limited number of free tickets will also be available at select Wendy's and Arkansas Federal Credit Union branches.

VENDOR RULES & REGULATIONS

  1. No exhibit space shall be sublet or offered for use by any exhibitor without approval from the Chamber.
  2. No exhibit shall block or interfere with the direct visibility of an adjoining exhibit. No exhibitor shall be permitted to interfere with the orderly procedures of another exhibitor. Activity must remain in booth area.
  3. No exhibit shall contain any material of a lewd, immoral or offensive nature. In addition, no exhibit may utilize gaming devices due to ABC regulations.
  4. Booths must have one person in attendance at all times.
  5. Solicitation or distribution of literature is not allowed except in the exhibitor’s leased area.
  6. No exhibit shall be dismantled until closing time of the final day of the event without permission from the show management.
  7. No exhibitor shall be permitted to erect an exhibit without having made full payment of space rental.
  8. Any grievance during the exposition shall be directed first to the Chamber.
  9. Exhibitors must conform to state and city fire prevention codes and shall exercise maximum care in fire prevention.
  10. Neither the Chamber, its sponsoring organizations, nor Dickey-Stephens Park are responsible for the loss of property by theft, fire or any other cause.
  11. Vendors wishing to play music at their booth must keep the volume at a very low level so to not bother their neighboring vendor or customers.
  12. Vendors are asked to smoke outside of the park.
  13. Each vendor will assist in maintaining his or her own space in a clean and orderly manner. Vendors must pick up all trash before leaving.

WEATHER
Vendors should be prepared for all types of weather including cover for rain or sun and weights for winds. There are no refunds or decrease in rental price in the case of inclement weather, acts of nature, or restrictions by government agencies to cancel the event, over which the Chamber has no control.
